Reservation

Reservations can be made via email or by telephone at (+39) 350 9795086 or (+39) 348 359 3437.

The reservation will be considered valid once payment has been made, where the customer will receive a confirmation email that will contain references to be shown upon arrival.

The price agreed for the stay in our Guest House includes the use of the bedroom and bathroom, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of Smart TV and air condition / power ventilation, the use of all accessories in the common area and the kitchen, and WI-FI

Check-in and Check-out

The rooms will be available from 16:00 on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay.

The delay in leaving the room, if not agreed, will result in the charge of an additional night.

Documents

Upon arrival, the guest is required to show a valid identity document for registration, in accordance with the current provisions of the law. If the guest will apply for the self-checking, the documents must be sent via whatsapp or email

Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the criminal code.

The acquired data are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation pursuant to Law 675/96 and Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003.

Payment

Payment for the accommodation will be made online, upon arrival in cash or with other authorized means of payment.

City tax

The city tax hasn’t be confirmed yet.

Access keys (SELF CHECK-IN)

Self check-in allows guests to access the rooms independently. The keys are located in the safety deposit box at the entrance, which can be opened using the code received at the time of the order.

It is absolutely forbidden to produce duplicates of these keys.

In case of loss, there is a penalty of €. 50.00 fully charged to the guest for changing the lock.

Cancellation, Early Departures, No show

In case of cancellation 30 days before the stay, the entire booking amount will be refunded.

In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the stay, the 50% of the total amount will be forfeited.

In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the stay, the full amount will be retained.

In case of cancellation during the stay by the guest, the full amount will be retained.

In the event of no-show, without any communication, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Common Area

Guests are allowed to use the kitchen and use the fridge located in the common area. This area must be left clean and tidy.

It is allowed to consume food in the room, it is not allowed to light stoves and open flames of any kind. For any need, ask the guest house manager.

Smoke

In all internal areas of the Guesthouse it is absolutely prohibited to smoke.

Cleaning

During your stay (less than a week) the bedrooms and bathrooms will not be cleaned, unless previous agreements. For longer periods the rooms will be clean every week.

Please arrange your personal belongings to allow for such cleaning.

Linen

The bed linen and towels will be changed every week when the guest stays more than 7 days.

Extraordinary linen change is not included in the price, as is any extraordinary cleaning.

Personal objects

You cannot leave objects of any kind in the corridors or common areas.

The Guesthouse is not responsible for items left unattended.

Other guests

Not registered guests are not allowed to stay in the rooms.

Damage and missing items

Any damage caused to the Guesthouse, after ascertaining responsibility, must be compensated by the guest in agreement with the manager.

Items missing from the equipment of the rooms, will be charged to the occupying guests.

Recommendations and prohibitions

Correct use of the toilets is recommended, it is prohibited to throw in tampons, pads, cotton swabs and other objects that can block it (it is recommended to use the special baskets).

It is also recommended:

Turn off the lights every time you leave the room.
Do not leave the windows open during your absence from the rooms.
Do not leave chargers connected when not in use.
Do not leave taps open, (Water is a precious!)
Keep the TV at a low volume so you don’t disturb other guests.
It is forbidden to use heaters, electric heaters, gas stoves inside the structure, as they can cause damage to the structure, to people and things.
It is allowed to eat meals inside the room, but it is forbidden to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink.
It is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol and use drugs inside the structure.
It is forbidden to speak loudly, scream, slam doors or windows, allow children to wander around the various rooms or use household appliances without the supervision of a parent.
Silence and tranquility

In accordance with the rules of the landlord and the rules of the Municipal Police, it is required to observe the silence in the time slot between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm and from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am

Luggage

The Guesthouse declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects owned by guests left in the rooms.

It is not allowed to leave personal items in the common areas. Otherwise we decline all responsibility.

Internet and Wi-Fi

The structure is equipped with a WI-Fi network for internet connection, made available to guests free of charge. The password will be provided upon your request.

We are not responsible for any inefficiencies due to total or partial lack of electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our wishes.
